Meet the facilitators of Wicahpi to Wakan Okolakiciye - Sacred Blue Star Dreaming Society

Angelique
Hello I am Angelique,
I feel very blessed and grateful to have had so many indigenous Elders and Teachers in my life, who gave me the tools and knowledge to evolve and keep growing into my fuller potential.
Through them, I have found my purpose and a way of life that sustains and nourishes my soul and being.
I love helping others to find the same for their lives.
Being a part of Blue Star Inc. helps and strengthens us to do the work together in connection with a worldwide community, and pass on the wisdom and knowledge of our Teachers and Elders, to help people to live in balance with all life.

Kees
Hello I am Kees,
I like to share the joy and happiness I find in Ceremony and connection.
Our Elders and Teachers gave us many tools, it’s our work to honour their wishes and wisdom by sharing these tools.
I am a part of recreating the Circle of life.

Sasja
Hello, my name is Sasja and I would be very pleased to meet you.
Thanks to the structures of the ceremonies, I always kept on learning and growing. During Ceremonies I am a helper, although we all must learn to fulfil our part in the bigger plan. I am honest and very serious, but I love to have fun. The traditional ceremonial way of life helps me to always find something beautiful in everything. It was not me walking the red road towards something I did not know already, the walk was towards myself and deep within I know it will be okay. Ahiye.

Joost
Hello my name is Joost.
I’m very grateful to be part of Blue Star and the ceremonial way of life. To help and lead the ceremonies is a beautiful way to express this. More and more I become my true self. Our Elders and Leaders show by example, we give our lives to be of service to the people. For the next generations. Aho.

Marjoleine
Always deepening my understanding and balance in life, I feel deeply connected to the teachings and the connections that are made in the way of life taught by Mary Elisabeth Thunder. Her Elders and teachers stood in the tradition of the Lakota People; honouring Life, living your life connected to the generations before you and after you, in connection with Source. These teachings are guiding me through life.
With our community we are sharing the Ceremonies, in the way we were taught, to make them available for all that are searching for another connection to themselves and the world around them.

Patrick
Through attending and supporting ceremonies of the Blue Star for over more than 20 years, I learned about the sacred ways of life of the Lakota People.
By re-awakening and integrating my spirituality into my daily life as thought, my life became an ongoing prayer and continuous healing process that over the decades definitely changed my life for the better.
Being at service to the people, sharing my wisdom and supporting ceremonies has become a way to express my soul.
